Toyota is all set to showcase its latest innovation at this years Tokyo Auto Show the Toyota i-REAL, the latest from all personal transportation modes that any one could possibly dream about.

The company wants it to be a next step in its personal mobility vehicle development domain. The company follows a history of making advancements there main focus to move ahead with the time, be it the concepts akin the PM, i-Swing or the i-unit.

The latest from its previous renderings surely have some of its connections with the company’s emerging army of ‘robot partner’.

And if we believe some media reports, the new i-Real can definitely be related to the two-wheel Segway, which is gaining great significance for the airport security personnel.

This three wheeler will definitely revolutionize the field for personnel mobility vehicles.

For a crowded space and a low speed movement mode, it abridges its wheelbase just to squeeze through the pedestrians. The second mode is for high speed movement with transformed lengthened wheelbase, which provides a low center of gravity and delivers better driving performance.

According to Toyota, the vehicle comes loaded with a technology enabling it to automatically evade collisions and keep the pedestrians well aware through its lights and sounds.

It will also alert its operator to passers by through its noise and vibration system.

The company still conceals any technical specifications and other information regarding the vehicle until the i-REAL makes its real debut later this month.
