A Harley Davidson means a mean machine that boasts of power and strength like no other in the industry. The Company manufactures motor bikes that have a cult following and huge appeal.
Colin Webb, a motorbike buff decided to create a Harley of his own. He built a full size Harley Davidson from bits of recycled plywood. It took Colin 900 hours and £100 to complete his masterpiece. He succeeded in recreating a Harley made famous in the classic 60s movie Easy Rider.
Colin hit on the idea after working at a recycling plant and built the bike in his home at Taunton, Somerset. Though the steering, side stand and chain move like the original, Colin’s Harley is free of metal. He used glue, in place of nails and screws.
So here’s a bike that looks like a Harley and is eco-friendly to the core. Too bad, it doesn’t move like a Harley.
