Design students envision the result of a Fiat-Chrysler union
Harshpaul | Oct 29 2009

Students at IED Turin have designed cars to reflect what the new vehicles may look like once Fiat and Chrysler get together. Their designs take into account the best of technical knowhow and design from both automakers, and put them together to create these designs.

The designs bring together the industrial capabilities of Chrysler and the design prowess of Fiat. Designer Roberto Testolin has created the pod-like Fiat Biov, which is intended to be a low emission vehicle that would find favor with the environmentally conscious consumers. The Jeep Pygmy concept from designer Vasiliy Kurkova is based on the Panda Cross and comes with European sportiness and styling that Chrysler’s manufacturing prowess could get along with.
