Frog Prince from the Michelin Design Challenge
Atul | May 23 2008

Taking inspiration form an inhaling frog is quite an obtrusive thought but since it is a young designer still learning the tricks and traits, we will accept it as an invigorating one. No guesses anymore why the 21 year old, Xinyun He’s design got the dubbing Frog Prince. The inhaled air which makes a frogs neck swell was taken as a cue for the four airbags which are placed between the main carriage and the front and back flexible carriages. A combination which nullifies the risk of passenger death upon a collision due the scattered pressure resulted from the dispersion of pressure from a small concentration area. The buffs buzzing safety would probably be the takers for this one at the Michelin Design Challenge
