Kleemann GTK Concept: Danish tuner's take on Mercedes SLK 55 AMG
Harshpaul | Oct 30 2007

Danish tuner Kleemann has taken curtains off its sportscar, the GTK concept. Based on the Mercedes-Benz SLK 55 AMG, the GTK is powered by a normally aspirated SLK 55 AMG V8 engine fitted with a Kleemann Kompressor system kit.

The engine delivers 540hp and a cool 700Nm of torque. Gearbox is a 7-speed automatic with a Kleemann limited slip differential. The vehicle is expected to make a run from zero to 100kmph in 3.7 seconds and go on to an electronically limited top speed of 300kmph. Then there are the 20-inch alloy rims created specifically for the GTK and a powerful braking system to control the beast.

Kleemann does not plan a mass production of the GTK but says that the concept will serve as an ‘inspiration’ to future Mercedes-Benz projects from the tuner.

Nice looking car.. It really is overwhelming to drive such kind of vehicles. Ive seen more photos of this in Autopartswarehouse.
