Italian company “Garage Italia” is all set to unveil their newly designed Meta City Car at the Bologna Motor Show from 1st December.



The design of the Meta focuses on a good street performance, and also on the requirement for the vehicle to tackle steep slopes. It also uses a unique and sophisticated gearbox design, allows constant traction and continuity when driving, and terrific braking.



Three different engines will be available, an electric 15 kW unit, a 505cc petrol engine, and a 505cc diesel. The diesel version of the Meta gives a mileage of just a shade under 30 kmpl, while the petrol version gives a satisfying 20 kmpl. The maximum speed of the 4 kW model is 45 km/h and that of a 5 kW model is 85 km/h.



Five different packages will be available; Basic, Safari, Sport, Top and Electric, each sporting different sets of equipments and features. The Meta will be offered in five colours; sunflower yellow, race red, electric blue, desert sand, and ‘viva’ silver.
