Mooneyes 2008: Taking US wheels to foreign soil

Technology is spreading across the world faster than ever before and that has never been truer than in the case of automobile technology in the last few years. All boundaries have broken down and while there is still a significant time lag between models reaching from one side of the Atlantic to the other or one side of the Pacific to the other, that delay has shrunk considerably and will further continue to do so. Here is a display from the Mooneyes 2008 and it has some nice models in it.

The 22nd annual edition of the Mooneyes Street Car Nats was held this weekend in Tokyo. There was everything from rat rods to Mopars to crazy JDM rides. The festival like atmosphere and the wide variety was simple too good to resist. So here is a small sneak peak. Of course I like the car that has the Roadrunner on it with a different tag that might not go down that well with many. But who cares for all that when you have so much of chrome at a single place. So have fun and enjoy!
