The fastest four door car of the 70s is all set to roll back in action. Ford’s iconic car, the GTHO is about to come alive with a 21 century makeover of the car at the cost of $A100, 000.
Rod Barrett, the boss of Ford Performance Vehicle is determined to enliven the Falcon GTHO with the 21st century V8 engine.

The car is under the conceptual stage but the masterminds say they know what specifications they will provide to the car.
The GTHO was a legendary car that is still the most desirable of all Australian cars. The makers want the car to be affordable and coming at a price of $A100, 000, the car will be ultimate buy compared to the flagship model of W427’s price tag of $170,000 with a 7.0-litre V8 engine.Ford will be making a limited version of this legendary car but the aim is to build enough to make it a viable proposition.
